Who is responsible

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through the contact form, and how optional analytics works if you accept it. It does not cover data we process later under a customer contract, which is described in the agreement for that service.

Data we collect

The form asks for your name, work email address, company name, approximate company size, how you would like to start, the services you are interested in, and a message. We also store the page address you submitted from and the time of the enquiry. A hidden field is used to catch automated submissions and is not used for any other purpose.

Website analytics

Analytics runs only after you accept analytics cookies. We then use Google Analytics, measurement ID G-GHS2CHCC84, to understand which pages are used. This can include the page address, a general location derived from your IP address, and the actions described in the Cookie Policy. We do not send the contact form contents to Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent under article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can reject analytics and still send an enquiry.

Why we use it

We use these details to read your enquiry, reply to you, and prepare a conversation about managed IT, cybersecurity or compliance. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this form to build a mailing list, and we do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep the enquiry for as long as we need it to handle your request and any discussion that follows. If we do not start working together, we delete or anonymise it within 24 months of the last contact about that enquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.

Who receives it

People at Isuna who handle enquiries can read what you sent. The record is stored in a database operated for us by our hosting provider, who processes it only on our instructions. We do not pass the form contents to advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal data from your enquiry, and for correction or deletion. You can also object to our use of it, ask us to restrict it, or lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To use these rights, email info@isuna.net. We do not use this form for automated decision-making.
